By signing up for or using GridVox Systems LLC services, you agree to these terms.
GridVox provides an AI-powered phone receptionist service that answers inbound calls on behalf of your business, captures lead information, and delivers notifications to contacts you designate. Service is billed on a monthly basis.
Subscription fees are billed monthly via our payment processor at the rate of the plan you select. Each plan includes a monthly allotment of call minutes; usage beyond the included minutes is billed at the plan's per-minute overage rate shown on the Plans & Pricing page. No setup fee applies. GridVox reserves the right to pause service for non-payment after reasonable notice.
If the GridVox service does not perform as described within your first 30 days, you may request a full refund of your first month's subscription. No questions asked.
The GridVox service is intended for legitimate businesses operating within the United States. Accounts used for spam, fraud, harassment, or unlawful activity may be suspended or terminated without refund.
GridVox is not liable for service interruptions caused by carrier outages, third-party provider failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the monthly subscription fee paid for the affected period.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box during signup, you agree to receive automated SMS notifications from GridVox Systems LLC regarding inbound leads and service activity for your account. Message frequency varies based on your call volume. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To request help, reply HELP or contact us at support@gridvoxsystems.com. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
