We collect business and contact information you provide during signup, including business name, owner name, email address, and phone number. We also collect call data associated with your AI receptionist line — including caller name, phone number, and service request details — to deliver leads to you.
We use your information solely to provide and operate the GridVox service — answering calls on your behalf, capturing leads, and delivering notifications to phone numbers and email addresses you designate. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We work with trusted third-party providers for hosting, communications, and payment processing. These providers access your information only as needed to perform services on our behalf and are required to maintain appropriate security and confidentiality standards.
By checking the consent box during signup, you agree to receive automated SMS lead alert notifications from GridVox Systems. These messages notify you when a customer contacts your AI receptionist. Message frequency varies by your call volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. Call and lead data is retained for 90 days.

GridVox provides an AI-powered phone receptionist service that answers inbound calls on behalf of your business, captures lead information, and delivers notifications to contacts you designate. Service is billed on a monthly basis.
Subscription fees are billed monthly via our payment processor. Founding client pricing ($99/mo) is locked for the life of the account. No setup fee applies to founding clients. GridVox reserves the right to pause service for non-payment after reasonable notice.
If the GridVox service does not perform as described within your first 30 days, you may request a full refund of your first month's subscription. No questions asked.
The GridVox service is intended for legitimate businesses operating within the United States. Accounts used for spam, fraud, harassment, or unlawful activity may be suspended or terminated without refund.
GridVox is not liable for service interruptions caused by carrier outages, third-party provider failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the monthly subscription fee paid for the affected period.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
